I really enjoyed the Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee Moonshine. It has a nice coffee flavor, I detected a bit of a nutty flavor too. I sipped it neat, but a bit of half and half would have been good too. I considered mixing it with diet Dr. Pepper too, I never did though. It's a favorite, for sure!
This cold brew coffee moonshine and some vanilla ice cream make a great Black Russian. But I prefer to simply sip a glass of the moonshine on the rocks. Very satisfying.
My wife enjoys an occasional White Russian. She used to make it with a liquor that costs about the same but is inferior in quality and uses corn syrup as a sweetener. This coffee moonshine does the trick. Makes a great drink with simple ingredients. I also enjoy sipping it in the rocks.
Best espresso martini I’ve had using this product in place of vodka.
